My sister and I are looking for a roommate for the Winter school term (January – May). We would love someone whose friendly and clean

Location: Right near the St. Laurent area, a 10 min walk to the St. Laurent mall, lots of shopping plazas, and right near the O-train

Place: I live in a great size, fully furnished bungalow home with a fully complete basement, full kitchen, laundry, wifi, and a garage

Your potential room: Located in the lower floor, you have your own full washroom – you essentially have the entire basement to yourself. It is fully furnished with a twin bed, dresser, couch, and lamp (just bring your clothes!)

Price: $700/month (all inclusive price)
